We want you to feel confident registering for a Relentless Launch Lab class. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds for Relentless Launch Lab classes are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for every order. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Choose the order you'd like refunded and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Or email us at relentlesslaunchlab@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and the class name, and we'll help you from there.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary, but you should see the refund within 5–10 business days.
Class cancellations by us
If we cancel or reschedule a class and you can't attend the new date, you can choose either a full refund or a credit toward a future class.
