1. Who we are
This Privacy Notice describes how Relentless Permit Solutions LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects and processes your personal data when you visit our website, register for a class, or contact us. Relentless Permit Solutions LLC acts as the data controller for personal data described in this notice.
2. Data we collect
- Identity & contact data: name, email address, phone number.
- Business profile data: business name, business stage, what you plan to build.
- Registration data: the class you registered for and your acknowledgement of class requirements.
- Account data (admin only): email and authentication credentials for the admin dashboard.
- Support messages: anything you send us by email or through the contact form.
- Usage & device data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar telemetry collected automatically when you use the site.
- Payment data: handled by our payment processor (see "Sharing" below). We do not receive or store your full card number.
3. Why we use it
- To register you for a class and deliver the live session (Zoom link, reminders, materials).
- To send transactional emails (confirmations, receipts, class updates) — legal basis: performance of a contract.
- To respond to support requests — legal basis: legitimate interest in helping our customers.
- To prevent fraud, secure our service, and meet legal obligations — legal basis: legitimate interest and legal obligation.
- To improve our classes and content based on aggregated usage — legal basis: legitimate interest.
4. Who we share it with
- Paddle.com Market Ltd — our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes your payment, calculates and remits sales tax, issues invoices, and handles refunds and chargebacks. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers processing data on our behalf to deliver the site, store registrations, and send transactional email.
- Zoom Video Communications to host live class sessions.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where reasonably necessary.
- Government or law enforcement authorities where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.
5. How long we keep it
Registration and transaction records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to satisfy tax, accounting, and legal record-keeping obligations (typically up to 7 years). Support emails are kept while reasonably useful and then deleted or archived. You can request earlier deletion of your data (see "Your rights").
6. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege admin accounts — to protect your personal data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email relentlesslaunchlab@gmail.com. If you are in the UK/EEA you can also complain to your local supervisory authority.
8. Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies needed to run the site (for example, to keep an admin session signed in). We do not currently use advertising or third-party marketing cookies.
